Born and raised in Joliet, IL, I graduated in 2011 from Yale University with a degree in African American Studies.  I’ve taken some time off from my studies to pursue other goals.  This is my first visit to Memphis & I’m significantly interested in attending panels and meeting new people who work around film.  I’m keeping my schedule flexible because I never know what I’m going to come across, but I think these are the things I’d most like to attend.
